At Tropicfeel, we want you to feel confident in your gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is clean and unworn to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange.
